Most wardrobes in the UAE contain a small fortune in clothes that never get worn. The barrier has never been willingness, it has been logistics. Selling online used to mean haggling in a comment thread, agreeing to meet a stranger in a mall car park, and hoping the cash was real. That is the part Re· removes.
1. Start with what actually sells
Pre-loved demand in the UAE clusters around a few reliable categories: contemporary and premium brands, event and occasion wear worn once, trainers and sneakers, bags and small leather goods, and modest-fashion staples in good condition. Fast-fashion basics move too, but they move on price and photography rather than brand name.
A useful filter: if you would be pleased to receive the item as a gift, someone will be pleased to buy it. If it is bobbled, stained, or stretched beyond rescue, it belongs in textile recycling, not a listing.
2. Photograph honestly, in daylight
Photography is the single biggest lever on whether an item sells and whether it comes back. Aim for four to six shots: a full front, a full back, a close-up of the fabric, a shot of the brand and care label, and, this is the one people skip, a clear photograph of any flaw. Shoot near a window in the morning or late afternoon, against a plain wall, with the garment either flat, on a hanger, or worn.
Disclosing a scuff costs you a little on price. Hiding it costs you the whole sale, because buyers on Re· have 24 hours after delivery to report an item that does not match its listing.
3. Grade the condition properly
Re·uses six condition grades: Brand New, Unworn, As Good As New, Good Condition, Fair, and Damaged. Grading down by one notch when you are uncertain is almost always the right call. A buyer who receives something better than expected leaves you a good rating; a buyer who receives something worse opens a dispute.
4. Price for the second-hand market, not the receipt
A workable starting point for a mainstream brand in good condition is 30–50% of the original retail price. Premium and hard-to-find pieces hold more; fast fashion holds less. Then sanity-check against comparable live listings and price slightly under the cluster if you want speed.

5. List in about a minute
A complete Re· listing is photos, brand, size, condition grade, a short honest description, and a price. It takes roughly 60 seconds per item once you have the photos. The trick to clearing a wardrobe is batching: photograph fifteen pieces in one session, then list them across the week so your items keep appearing in fresh feeds.
6. Ship without meeting anyone
When an item sells, you pack it and Re· arranges pickup and door-to-door delivery. Most UAE deliveries take two to four days with tracking at every step. Delivery starts at 17.5 AED, or 39.5 AED for remote areas. No meet-ups, no cash, no “can you drop it in Marina tonight?”
7. Get paid securely
