How it works
One order. Two sides. Zero handovers.
This page is the map: who does what, and how a single order travels from a listing to a payout. If you already know which side you are on, jump straight to the guide for it.
Who does what
Three parties. One clear division of labour.
Most re·sale goes wrong because nobody owns the middle. We do.
The seller
- Photographs and describes the item honestly
- Sets the price and the condition grade
- Packs the item the day it sells
Re·
- Arranges pickup and door-to-door delivery
- Holds the payment until the order completes
- Handles reported issues and returns
The buyer
- Browses, selects and pays in the app
- Reviews the item after delivery
- Confirms, or reports if it is not as described
The lifecycle of one order
From a listing to a payout.
Same order, seen end to end. The step-by-step instructions for each side live in the two guides.
- 1
A listing goes live
A seller publishes an item in about a minute. Nothing is charged to publish.
- 2
A buyer checks out
The order is created in the app and the payment is held, not forwarded to the seller.
- 3
Re· moves the parcel
Pickup from the seller, tracked delivery to the buyer, typically 2 to 4 days.
- 4
The order completes
After the 24-hour check window closes with no issue, the seller is paid.
