1. Who We Are

Re· ("we," "us," "our") is a UAE-based platform operated by Re Marketplace FZC LLC, headquartered in Sharjah, UAE.

Our mission is to make buying and selling pre·loved fashion effortless, safe, and sustainable.

2. Scope of Services

Re· provides an online marketplace that allows users to:

• List and sell pre·loved fashion items, shoes, and accessories.
• Browse and buy items listed by other users.
• Use Re·'s integrated pickup, delivery, and payment systems, no physical meet-ups required.

We are not the buyer or seller of items listed on Re·We act as a facilitator and trusted intermediary to enable secure transactions.

3. User Eligibility

To use Re·, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be present in the United Arab Emirates.
• Provide accurate personal information during registration.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Account Creation

Users must create a Re· account to buy or sell on the Platform. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Ensuring all account information remains accurate and up to date.
• Any actions taken under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized activity, contact hello@re-marketplace.co immediately.

5. Listing and Selling

When listing an item, sellers must:

• Use accurate photos and descriptions.
• Disclose any defects, damage, or alterations.
• Choose the correct condition category (Brand New, Unworn, As Good As New, Good Condition, Fair, or Damaged).
• Ensure the item complies with Re·'s Prohibited Items Policy (e.g., counterfeit goods, restricted brands, unsafe products).

Listings are free, and sellers only pay a commission when the item is sold.

Seller Fees

• 8% commission per completed sale.
• AED 1.95 platform fee (fixed).

6. Buying

Buyers agree to:

• Review item details and seller ratings before purchase.
• Complete payment using Re·'s secure payment gateway.
• Pay the Buyer fees:
  • 8% Buyers' Protection fee: this fee covers payment security, customer support, and refund protection.
  • AED 1.95 platform fee (fixed).

Shipping: AED 17.5 – 39.5 (depending on location).

Once an order is confirmed, Re· coordinates pickup and delivery to the buyer.

7. Payments & Payouts

All payments are processed through our authorized payment partner(s).

• Buyer payments are held securely until the transaction is complete.
• Sellers receive payouts within 3–5 business days after delivery confirmation.
• Re· reserves the right to hold or delay payouts in case of disputes, fraud investigations, or policy violations.

8. Delivery and Returns

Re· provides door-to-door delivery across the UAE using approved courier partners.

• Standard delivery: from AED 17.5 (AED 39.5 for remote areas).
• Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days.
• No physical meet-ups or handoffs are permitted.

Returns

Buyers are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of delivery if:

• The item does not match its description or photos.
• The wrong item was sent.
• The item is counterfeit or damaged beyond disclosed condition.

Return requests must be submitted via the app within 24 hours of delivery.

9. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once:

• The return is validated by Re· or the logistics partner.
• The seller is notified and the returned item is confirmed.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• List counterfeit, illegal, or hazardous goods.
• Engage in harassment, spamming, or abuse of other users.
• Circumvent Re·'s transaction system (e.g., direct payments or meet-ups).
• Manipulate prices, feedback, or reputation.
• Use automated bots or scrapers.

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent banning.

11. Disputes Between Users

Re· may mediate disputes, but final responsibility for transactions rests with users. We reserve the right to:

• Investigate claims and request evidence (photos, receipts).
• Refund the buyer and withhold seller payout in case of verified issues.
• Suspend users involved in fraudulent or abusive conduct.

12. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Re·Platform, including design, logo, and content, belong to Re Marketplace FZC LLC (or its licensors). You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

13. Data & Privacy

Your use of Re· is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information in compliance with UAE Data Protection Law (PDPL).

14. Limitation of Liability

Re· acts only as a platform provider and is not responsible for:

• The accuracy or quality of user listings.
• Delivery delays caused by external logistics partners.
• Losses arising from user negligence or misuse.

To the extent permitted by UAE law, Re·'s total liability shall not exceed the total transaction value in question.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unsafe practices.
• Remain inactive for over 12 months.

Users may delete their account at any time through in-app settings or by emailing hello@re-marketplace.co.

16. Amendments

Re· may update these Terms periodically to reflect product, legal, or market changes.

We'll notify users of significant updates via email or in-app alerts.

Your continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
