How to run a closet detox in one afternoon
Start with a hard rule: everything you have not worn in twelve months comes out of the wardrobe and onto the bed. Not the ones you are unsure about, all of them. Decisions get easier when the pile is physical, and the twelve-month rule takes the sentiment out of the first pass.
Then sort into three piles: keep, resell, repair. The resell pile is the one that pays for the afternoon. Shoot each item in daylight against a plain wall, four to six photos including the label and any flaw, and list it in the app with brand, size, condition grade and price. Listing is free, so there is no downside to listing the borderline pieces too.
